CHAD & AMANDA DUCOTE
Pastor Chad is a gifted communicator and teacher convicted about speaking the truth as plainly as possible. God has given him a vision and passion for helping people meet Jesus, and each week he shares God’s word and its practical application in our daily lives. Pastor Amanda serves alongside her husband as lead pastor. Pastors Chad and Amanda live in Houma, LA with their two children, Grace and Aiden.
Pastor Chad Ducote is from Baton Rouge, LA. At the age of 16, God called him to pursue a life in Christian ministry. In 1999, Chad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology. From 1999 - 2006, Chad travelled as an itinerant speaker. He ministered in churches across North America and overseas. In 2006, Chad accepted the invitation to become Lead Pastor of Life Church in Houma, LA. Chad, like most southern Louisiana people, loves to watch a good football game, especially the Fighting Tigers of LSU.
Pastor Amanda Ducote is from Port Alberni, British Columbia in Canada. At the age of 7, her parents planted a church in Port Alberni. From an early age, Amanda has been involved in every aspect of church ministry. In 2003, Amanda graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and served as a Registered Nurse.
